I cannot tell you enough how impressed I am with Space Man and it’s team members. As a business owner myself, I understand the difficulties customers can sometime impose on “normal” operations, and the complexities of getting a project completed from beginning to end. Customers are often demanding, and want things that just aren’t realistic. (Kind of like installing a completely custom wall bed and shelves with only a weeks notice like we requested!)
The experience from the day we walked into your immaculate show room, through the design process with Michael (emails even on the weekend!), and through the installation has been nothing short of amazing. Michelle, you made miracles happen to get us scheduled in time. (Thanks Again!)
Our installer Marvin was as professional and hard working as they come, and really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. When I wanted the bottom molding done differently, he made a special trip back to the shop to have new wood cut so he could do it the way I wanted it. I was even more impressed with the fact that they left our room cleaner than it was when they got there. If all of my employees worked half as hard as Marvin, I’d have a lot less stress in my life! He’s a true asset to Spaceman.
To all the employees, and to the owner of Spaceman, keep up the amazing work. You’ve earned a customer for life. As far as I’m concerned there is no other company that can compete. Thanks Again!
